Last round of preparations – 50 Schools of Evangelism launched

3rd Trip Report by JA Pérez

My wife and I got back form Costa Rica a few days ago. This was our 3rd and last preparation trip before the festival.

In this trip, we had the honor of training the 50 Directors that will be teaching and overseeing each School of Evangelism.

During the following weeks they will be training leaders from every town and village around Puntarenas using our City Transformation™ System.

Our goal is to equip 2,000 leaders. These leaders are the ones that will do the discipleship follow-up with all those who come to Christ during the festival for 12 weeks after the festival. They will also be trained to keep a long-term culture of evangelism in their cities.

We were able to put in the hands of the nationals the manuals (Mentor Versions and Student Versions) that the directors and the students will use to get ready for the harvest and for the 12 week discipleship follow-up after the festival.

A blessing to have had Evangelist Ray Centanni traveling with me and training leaders at the launching of the 50 Schools in Puntarenas.

In this trip I was also blessed to have my brother in Christ, Evangelist Ray Centanni traveling with us.

Ray delivered several workshops on: What is the great commission; How to prepare in prayer to do personal evangelism; The importance of doing the follow-up right, etc…

Ray also participated with other ministers in a Questions and Answers session on Saturday. He preached a revival meeting at one of the largest churches in Puntarenas on Saturday night and on Sunday morning, he preached at one of the key churches supporting the festival project.

On December, Ray is coming back with us to serve at the pre-festival seminars and at the tent workshops at the festival grounds.
